Ishan has named me "Mamma Shimba"!!

Now he is 2 years and almost 2 months old. and he can talk sentences.. has developed amazing reasoning power. picks up the things being discussed / talked and can convey those to other person without prompting.
He has given me the special right and a sweet name - Shimba!! When I am at home, I would have the exclusive privilege to do every thing for him. He wont accept things from anybody - be it the grandma, baba or nanny or mama / mavashi.
He takes the glass of water in his hands and carries it to me and then handover it to me so that i can make him drink the water!
When peopl demand some things from him (e.g. swati aaji mhanali ki me he pustak ambarnath la neu ka, tar tyane uttar dila ki he changal nahi!!) then he refuses and can reason it well.
Pradnya ne amachakade varan bhat khau naye mhanun tyane 3 karan dili - "mohri ahe", "tikhat ahe" ani "oki hote".
kal tyala pohe khayche hote... aai mhanalya ki me karate. tar mhanato kasa "nahi mamma shimba". Mag kay mala pohe karavech lagle. ani nantar ardhe aaji kadun khalle ani ardhe majhyakadun
aaj me khichdi karun gele hote.

Today when we went to eat bhelpuri at Balaji Bhel in Pimpale Saudagar, we got the food in the car. While we were eating it, Ishan was playing in the car. He tried to eat from my plate and then started looking out from the car. I had opened the window glass to let fresh air in. When Ishan reached out to the window and was peeking out, I got a thought what if he opens up the door - I did not allow this thought to rest in my mind, at the same time, the next puri in my plate caught my attention and I allowed it do so. Next moment, the puri was in my mouth and Ishan had fallen outside the car as he had opened the door unintentionally while playing with it. I was like frozen... I had the plate in my hand - a person ran to Ishan and took him up and made him sit in the car. He was luckily not hurt but shocked by what happened. And here I was sitting the car comfortably enjoying my food!! We came home, Ishan slept after some time, but this is not going to go away from me for some time now and I am thinking how I can prevent such things. One thing is I have to focus on Ishan while I am with him and all other things must become secondary. Second is to always follow all security guidelines. As part of this, I must get the child locks to all the plugs in the home where he can reach out and also get furniture child proof. Must complete this now within this week Todays was an escape from a situation I would never ever want to be in...

Ishan spoke first complete sentence on 09 Jun 2012. He said "mamma ajun de"... to ani aai amboli khatana, amboli sampalyavar ishan "mamma ajun de" asa mhanala. I was very excited to hear this. After this he has started catching new words really fast and we observe that he is able to remember most of the things that are told to him 1/2 times only. Few of his words

Its the most amazing things to see him learn small small things. I always thank god for gifting me with such precious thing.... even goign to ofice sometimes leaving him @ home is pain - feel like I miss when learns the names of new things :( 21-jun12 came to know that he knows mungi and Ant both the words!!!

Ishan had second hair cut today and the first in salon!
He cried until the hair cut was done (notmore than 10 mins) and later he started laughing looking at himself in the mirror!!
Dokyavar hat lavun .. kaka ne kela asa mhanala. me vicharal 'ishan radala ka' tar 'nai na' asa mhanala :)
Me ani vivek bike varun tyala salon madhye gheun gelo.
mag mumma, mama aam...(mumma ani mama mala lamb ghevun gele) asa mhanala.

Ishan ne aaj babanchi half pant ghalun de mhanun hatt kela.
Tyala tyachya sagalya pant dakhavalya pan tya nako hotya.
Ani babanchi half pant gheun tich ghalun de asa mhanat basala.
Mag kashibashi ti pant fold karun ghalun dili still it was too loose.. he realized it after 10 mins and then he gave it up!!

Ishan wants to drive the car

today we both came early from work and decided to take Ishan for vegetable shopping. Ishan enjoyed the ride in pram and while we came back he wanted to open the car door and play (Vegetable shopping was a walk for us and pram-ride for him). He tried to take out the car keys from Aashish's pocket bt when his hands didnt reach, he held Aashish's hand and put it into his pocket... indicating take out thekeys now.
Lastly, he created a tantrum and his dad had to take him in the car.
once he was in, he became very happy n started playing with the steering, gear etc. After sum time, he sat on the front adjacent seat and then indicated to aashish to start the car engine and take him for ride. Aashish did so... Ishan behaved like a good boy until the car was out of the society gate - once out - he threw himself towards steering and tried to hold it in his hands. Once Aashish was successful o put him back to his seat, but again Ishan got up and then not only he wanted to rotate the steering he wanted to do it all himself!! (He tried to remove Aashish'shand from it) Luckily Aashish managed to comeback safely!!

Ishan locks his baba in the toilet!!

Aai bathroom madhye anghol karat ahe ani baba toilet la gele... tar mag sakali sakali kay karave??? Ishan ne baba nchya toilet chi kadich baherun lavun takli!!!
baba ne jenva daar jorat apatale tenva aai la kalale ki kahitari gadbad ahe... ghai ghait bathroom madhun baher yeun tine toilet che dar ughadale!! :)
Ishan agdi kuthun bare asa avaj yeto ahe asa chehara karun basala hota!! :)

आई सोडून दुसर कोणीही हे प्रश्न विचारले की उत्तर मिळत नाहीत :(

ईशान ने toolbox उघडान्याचा प्रयत्न केला.
आशीष ने toolbox थोड्या वेलापुर्वीच भरून ठेवला होता. ईशान पुन्हा उघडताना बघून तो त्याला रागावला.
ईशान ला ते आवडले नाही, चेहरा रडवेला करुन तो माझ्या कड़े आला अणि म्हणाला "मम्मा , मम्मा", आशीष जसा ओरडला तसा आवाज काढला अणि मग "बाबा" -> indicating "mamma, baba mala ragavale". he can not speak sentences but can manage to convey the meaning correctly!
